Frequently Asked Questions.

Who Can Participate?
  • Anyone at Pratt can participate, however what you do to participate is up to you.  So, sending it off to be completed by 10 of your friends is an option!
Where do I get a sketchbook?
  • Sketchbooks are available in Career Services, East Building, 1st Floor.  Our office is open Monday-Friday, 9-5.
When is the completed sketchbook due?
  • The final date we will be accepting completed sketchbooks is Friday, April 13th at noon. However, please note, that when a completed sketchbook is turned in, a page will be scanned in and posted to this website to show off what you've done.
Where do I bring it when I'm done?
  • Bring your completed sketchbooks to Career Services, East Building, 1st Floor.  Our office is open Monday-Friday, 9-5.
Can I do more than one?
  • Absolutely.  However, you may only do one at a time - so when you finish the one you have, bring it in and sign up to do another!
Will I get it back?
  • All sketchbooks will be returned to the artists.  You may pick up your sketchbooks on May2nd from 12-2, May 4th from 12-2 or May 7th from 9-12.  The show will come down on the 11th and all remaining sketchbooks will be available anytime in Career Services.  If you can't pick up your sketchbooks during any of those times, email btucker@pratt.edu and suggest a time that works for you or provide a SASE and we will mail it to you.  
Who gets into the Exhibition?
  • All completed sketchbooks returned to Career Services by the Deadline of Friday, April 13th will be included in the exhibition.  For a list of who has sketchbooks, return to the home page of this website.  Check back to see images of completed sketchbooks which will be posted as they are returned.  For more information about this site, click here.
When is the Exhibition?
  • The exhibition runs from Tuesday, April 17th - Monday, May 11th.
What can I do with the sketchbook?
  • You can do whatever you want - the only two things that must stay intact are the grommet on the front which is what the sketchbook will be hung from in the exhibition and the stamp on the inside cover with the Sketchbook Project Logo and space to sign your work.
